For migration to new Neon: to get the new Neon app on your Vodafone TV you may need to do a hard reset - down power for 2 - 3 minutes and restart.
Use below as a checklist to help troubleshoot the Neon app on VodafoneTV:
- Try selecting back on the remote. If this does not resolve the issue, check your internet connection.
- Check to see if anything on your home network is slowing down your experience. For example, if someone else is downloading or sending data on another PC, Mac or gaming console, or if a device is downloading automatic updates. This can interfere with streaming services like Neon.
- If internet connection is OK, unplug the power cable from the back of the VodafoneTV box and wait 30 seconds before plugging it back in again.
