Will new Neon work with my casting device? Print

If you only had a Neon subscription then your device list will be cleared, these will start to populate once you start using Neon again.

If you only had a Lightbox subscription then your device list will not change.

If you had both a Neon and a Lightbox subscription registered to the same email address, your Lightbox devices will remain registered but your Neon devices will be cleared. If you’re not sure which devices you have registered, you can check the devices section in My Account at neontv.co.nz/my-account/devices.
