Vodafone TV hasn't updated with new Neon app and still shows Lightbox app Print

To solve this issue, you'll need to follow the steps below to perform a Soft reset:

  • Go to the Menu on your Vodafone TV box
  • Navigate to Settings > More Setting > Reset
  • Enter your PIN, if you didn’t set one then enter 0000
  • If you see 2 options, Ethernet or Advanced options, please select Ethernet

Your Vodafone TV box will start to download the latest updated configuration.
