To solve this issue, you'll need to follow the steps below to perform a Soft reset:
- Go to the Menu on your Vodafone TV box
- Navigate to Settings > More Setting > Reset
- Enter your PIN, if you didn’t set one then enter 0000
- If you see 2 options, Ethernet or Advanced options, please select Ethernet
Your Vodafone TV box will start to download the latest updated configuration.
