You've made a wise choice to update! Follow these steps to ensure Neon is running with the latest updates:
- Click on the 'Home' button
- In the menu, scroll down the list to 'Support'
- Select 'Software Support'
- Select 'Check Update Version.' This will tell you if there is an update that can be downloaded
- Follow any further on-screen instructions and update the firmware.
Having problems doing the above? Try performing a 'hard reset' of the TV as this usually sorts out the issue. In order to do this, while the TV is powered on and running, unplug the power cord and leave it unplugged for a minute before plugging it back in and trying once more.
