If you are concerned about something you have watched on Neon, including the classifications and warnings we have provided, you are able to make a formal complaint.

There is a new regulatory regime for Commercial Video on Demand (CVoD) and Neon is in the process of transitioning to the new system.  For now, you are able to make a complaint under the Code of Broadcasting Standards (administered by the Broadcasting Standards Authority).  The first step is to make a complaint to us, and you can do this using the form here.
