1. The Promoter is Neon, a division of Sky Network Television Limited of 10 Panorama Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland (referred to as we, our, us, Promoter)
2. The Last of Us Giveaway (the Promotion) is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s agents and related entities and any competition sponsors involved with this promotion, as well as the immediate families of such employees, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
3. All eligible Neon subscribers who meet the following criteria will be automatically entered into the prize draw. To be eligible for the prize draw you must be an active Neon subscriber aged 18 or over on the prize draw date of Tuesday 3 June and have watched at least 90% of the first episode of The Last of Us Season 2 on Neon by Sunday 1 June 2025 at 11:59pm.
4. There is 1 Prize to be won - the winner will be selected from all eligible participants by way of a random prize draw. The winner will be drawn on 3 June 2025. The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible Neon subscribers. The winner will receive the Prize detailed above.
5. The winner will be notified by email and/or a phone call if we have the winner’s mobile phone number. The winner must reply to that email or phone call within 48 hours confirming acceptance of the Prize.
6. If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within 48 hours of the prize draw, having made reasonable attempts to do so, or the winner does not confirm acceptance of the Prize within 48 hours of being notified, the Promoter may deem that winner’s entry invalid and select a new winner on the same terms as the original prize draw. (and may continue to do this until a winner is selected, contacted, and accepts the Prize in accordance with this clause).

   The Prize is not transferrable or exchangeable, cannot be exchanged for cash and all components of the Prize must be taken together. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with another prize of equivalent or greater value if the Prize or any component of the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. Where the Prize is to be delivered to the winner, the Prize must be delivered to a New Zealand address.

7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a Prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these conditions of entry or the spirit of the promotion.
8. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9. All decisions made by the Promoter, its employees or its agents are final, and no correspondence will be entered.
10. The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel any aspect of the promotion (including the Prize) at any time in its sole discretion.
11. The winner acknowledges and agrees that they will comply with all instructions given by employees of the Promoter and agree not to do anything that may bring the Promoter into disrepute.
12. If a winner cannot accept the Prize for any reason, their Prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.
13. Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, the Promoter and the competition sponsors, and any of their employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage or injury by or to any person whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the promotion or the Prize. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction, delay or loss of data that occurs in the course of the administration of the Promotion, however caused.
14. Entrants acknowledge and agree that the Promoter has not made any representations as to the quality or fitness for purpose of the Prize.
15. The Promoter may collect, hold, and use personal information provided by Neon subscribers for the purposes of this promotion, verifying the eligibility of participants, contacting winners, and checking winners' identities (including to facilitate provision of the Prize) and for future promotional purposes. Failure to provide requested personal information may disqualify a person from being able to receive a Prize. All personal information provided by entrants will be held by the Promoter. Under the Privacy Act 2020, entrants have the right to request access to and correction of any such personal information. Entrants may request access to and correction of any of the details about them held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter at 10 Panorama Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland or sending an email to help@neontv.co.nz
16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Meta will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained by an entrant because of participating in the promotion (including taking/use of a prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
