I'm getting a message to say I'm not in New Zealand Print

Hello overseas person, nice of you to stop by! We regret to inform that you need to be in New Zealand to watch Neon. 

But if you are local, and getting an error message saying you're not, there are a couple of things to check: 

  • Make sure you've got any VPN's turned off saying you're in a different country
  • Check the time setting on your devices are set to NZ
  • Go to general, date and time, time zone.

Check your IP address is showing as in NZ, if not you'll need to contact your internet service provider. 

If you've checked the above and you're still seeing this message, you'll need to get in touch with us with your IP address and your internet service provider so we can investigate further.
