We’ve found an issue specific to select Android mobile devices. You won’t be able to stream in HD or download content as these devices can't meet our content security requirements, however you can still stream SD Neon content.
Devices known to be affected by this issue are listed below; however, this may not cover all affected devices, so if your device is not listed here but you still receive this error message, it is still the same issue unfortunately. Apologies for the inconvenience.
