We got you! All of our supported devices running the latest OS, PC/Mac Smart TV, phone or tablet, are supported for closed captions. You can turn captions on or off by selecting the CC icon in the top right of the player.

For phone/tablet devices, closed captions are supported on Neon supported devices running:

• iOS devices on iOS 10.3.3 and above
• Android devices on 5 and above

If you're not able to see the CC logo in the video player for your mobile/tablet device or Apple TV, you'll need to make sure captions are enabled and that you are running the latest operating system on your device.
