If you've received a message 'You've stumbled upon some vintage web tech' when you navigate to Neon on Microsoft Edge, there is a simple solution. In the Microsoft Edge browser URL:

• Enter 'about:flags' then press enter or search
• Disable the 'Use Microsoft Compatibility List' setting
• Close all instances of Microsoft Edge
• Try again and you should be good to go!

Ensure you turn off any ad-blocking software or browser plug-ins as these can prevent NEON video from working correctly.
