What to do when your subscription is suspended Print

You'll see this message because payment has failed for one of the following reasons:

  • Your credit card has been cancelled or has expired
  • Your payment details are incorrect
  • Your coupon or voucher code has expired and payment details are in one of the two above categories.

All you need to do to is update your payment details, and you'll be back watching your favourite shows.

You can only do this from a browser, head to neontv.co.nz/my-account

Note: We only accept Mastercard and Visa (credit and debit cards) issued by New Zealand banks and with a New Zealand billing address.
