Speedy is best! We recommend that you have at least 6Mb/s download speeds to take advantage of our highest quality content, but if your speed is lower than this, the quality will adjust to suit you.

You can also use Data Saver to set a lower quality stream which would mean you don't need as high speed speed broadband.
