On all Neon plans, we serve up our shows and movies in glorious HD (where possible and provided you’ve got the Internet connection to match). Neon uses adaptive streaming to deliver video in the most efficient way possible and in the highest usable quality for each specific user. It syncs with your internet speed, which means less buffering and lag, and more seamless viewing at all times. We currently do not support the ability for users to manually downgrade their video playback quality on our TV Apps, but this is in development. 

Our lowest quality starts off at requiring 600Kb/s and we go up to needing 5800Kbp/s to stream our highest quality content.
