To resume your subscription to Neon, follow these steps:

• Go to neontv.co.nz/my-account/subscription (make sure you're logged in with your email address and password). This cannot be done through the Neon app
• Select the 'Resume Subscription' or 'Add Subscription' button, or if you have a promotional voucher, select 'Add Voucher' and enter the voucher code
• The Subscription page should now reload and display the date when your subscription will next renew and the next charge, including any discounts from vouchers used.

All done. You can get back into the awesome ad-free content that Neon has to offer.
