Neon isn't playing on my Panasonic TV Print

Notes on migrating from Lightbox to new Neon on your Panasonic Smart TV:

  • Panasonic only update the app names on their TVs once a month, and this will happen on the 21st July.  Until then, look for the Lightbox app in the Apps Market.
  • Once installed, the app will have the old Lightbox logo until 21st July

If Neon isn't working on your Panasonic TV, check to see if you're TV software is up-to-date. Follow the steps below to update your TV:

  • Make sure the TV is connected to the internet
  • Click the 'MENU' button on your TV remote
  • Scroll down to 'Network' then under the Network option, select 'Software Update'.

The TV will then complete a check for the latest software version.

If there is a later version to install, follow the on-screen prompts to update the software to the latest version.

Getting stuck? Try a 'Hard Reboot' of your TV. To do this, please switch your TV off from the wall socket while it is powered on and leave it for a minute before powering back on.
