Apologies, Neon is only accessible within New Zealand, so if you intend to be overseas on launch day and members of your family are going to want to access your Neon subscription, then please ensure a member of your family knows your Neon password in case they do have to login again for you.
I am currently overseas and my family are at home, can I manage the change to new Neon from here or do they need to do it from NZ? Print
