To add an Annual Plan, just follow the steps below.  

If you are new to Neon:   

• Go to www.neontv.co.nz, select “Sign Up” and follow the steps to create your account and add an Annual Plan.   

If you already have an account with us but don’t currently have a plan:   

1. Go to neontv.co.nz/my-account/subscription (make sure you're logged in with your email address and password). Note: this can’t be done through the Neon app. 
2. Select the “Add Plan” button
3. From the Choose Plan page, choose Annual/$199.99 plan  
4. Confirm payment method and you’re good to go.   

Here are some important things to remember when adding an Annual Plan:

• Our Annual Plan means you get a better deal by paying for 12 months in advance.  
• Your card will be charged $199.99 once you confirm your payment method.   
• Your Annual Plan will renew automatically 12 months after you add your plan, for example, if you add your Annual Plan on 16 January 2024 it will renew on 16 January 202.  
• If you choose to cancel any time before your Annual Plan renews, you won’t be eligible for a refund but you’ll be able to keep watching Neon until the 12 months are up and your plan has come to an end.
