Who is eligible for the Cancellation offer?
Users who select to cancel their NEON Basic plan between Oct 15th 2025 – Nov 1st 2025, will be presented the opportunity to redeem the Cancellation offer.
How do I get the Cancellation Plan offer?
If you select to redeem the cancellation offer rather than cancelling your Basic Plan, you will receive a $2 discount off your Basic plan charge for 3 months.
What happens at the end of the offer period?
Once the offer period ends, your plan will automatically renew, and you will be charged the full regular monthly Basic Plan price of $14.99 per month until you cancel your plan.
What happens if I cancel before the offer period ends?
If you cancel your plan during the offer period, your plan will end on your next bill date, which can be found in My Account > Plan and Payment.

When you sign up for the cancellation offer, you agree to these Terms below.
- If you select to redeem the cancellation offer, you will pay $12.99 per month for 3 months for your NEON Basic Plan (Offer Period).
- Once the Offer Period ends, your monthly plan will automatically renew and you will be charged the monthly Basic Plan price of $14.99 per month until your plan is cancelled by you.
- This offer does not apply to NEON movie rentals, which will incur an additional cost.
- You may cancel your plan at any time by cancelling on the NEON website and your plan will end on your next bill date.
- The discount is not transferable or exchangeable and is not available in conjunction with any other offers.
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time.
