Why do I receive a message saying my device limit has been reached? Print

If you receive an error message saying " Sorry your device limit has been reached " and are unable to login, you may have exceeded your annual device registration limit and tried to register too many devices or you may be doing something that makes it appear to our system that you are registering on a new device.

Remember you can only register a total of 12 devices per year on your Neon account.

Accessing the Neon website through private browsing mode, using VPNs or clearing your browser cache regularly can make it appear to our system as though your account is registering with a new device each time.
